With the Moon in Aries (see August 09 blog). The Moon opposes Mercury and squares Mars now. Emotions clash with rational and logical thinking casting doubt on security and causing oversensitivity. Feelings are restless and an abundance of nervous energy can cause outburst of temper. Be centred and balanced emotionally, constructively channel energy with creative writing, imagining only the best for yourself and others and organise activity to bring these positive thoughts into manifestation.

As Mars moves into Cancer it is a good time to use energy to strengthen and establish security in the home and family. Moods can fluctuate during this phase but be protective, sensitive and caring to loved ones and nurture yourself too. Focus on the private and home life. Be calm, determined and patient.
Competitiveness is not an issue during this phase so relax and feel secure within yourself. Be careful not to bury anger as this will cause problems in the future within the domestic scene and eventually it will adversely affect health.
